RentRooms.com is a room and coliving marketplace for Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Tenants search rooms by area, property type, move-in date and the preferences that decide whether a room works for them, then book a viewing straight from the agent's own calendar. Agents and landlords list for free, manage their viewing requests in one place, and earn a verified badge once we have checked who they are.

Trust and transparency

Every agent is checked by our team before they carry a verified badge, and every listing shows its rent, deposit, minimum stay and move-in date up front.

Community and belonging

A room is more than four walls. We describe who already lives in a unit and who it suits, so you can find housemates you will still like in month six.

Flexibility and freedom

Short stays, company leases, pet friendly homes and female only units can all be filtered for, so the search starts from what you actually need.

The people behind RentRooms

RentRooms.com is built by Whitestone Global. Our founder, Amethyst Seow, is an entrepreneur from the hospitality technology industry who set out to give room seekers in Malaysia the same clarity and confidence they expect when booking a hotel.
